Tracy Ballard-Straughn realized that she had an entrepreneurial spirit and a great desire to pursue a fulfilling career that would allow her to provide a service and to have the financial strength to actively and creatively invest in Real Estate.  Tracy founded Success Credit Services in 1994 with vision, purpose, and the power of strong leadership. Success Credit Services began as consultative firm whose primary function acted a liaison between debtor and creditor. Under this premise was she able to design and develop the leading credit restoration and credit profile management firm in the nation. She has formulated her own strategic method of credit restoration and takes great pride in bestowing to her clients the ability to invest with confidence, knowing that their credit profiles reflect stellar scores; at all times.

SCS began as a consultative firm whose primary function acted a liaison between debtor and creditor. The conception of this business began with conducting debt negotiation for multi-million dollar corporations who had debtors that owed in excess of 800k and were in the beginning stages of declaring bankruptcy. Her powerful negotiation skills provided both the debtor and the creditor with satisfaction in that the client was able to settle for pennies on the dollar and the creditor was able to collect monies that would have otherwise been a total loss.

Ryan joins his wife Tracy Ballard-Straughn in the business combining their fields of expertise and ethical business application as they collectively offer each client to strengthen their financial portfolio and maintain their ability to invest to their fullest capacity. His background in Business and studies in law allow SCS the ability to continuously diversify the services that we provide to our clients with full assurance that our company operates in full compliance with all laws mandated in all 50 states at all times.
