Lou Brown is also known as “The King of Cash Flow”.  Brown’s course has been used by students in all fifty states and across Canada.  He has been quoted by the “Wall Street Journal” and “Smart Money Magazine”, as an expert in real estate investing, management and financing.  Mr. Brown draws from a diverse background as a real estate investor who has been buying properties since 1977.  He has invested in single-family homes, apartments, hotels, developed subdivisions and built and renovated homes and apartments.  He has various ways of selling and buying including auctions.  He is widely known for his creatively financing and is a genius with his deal structuring concepts.  He offers private consulting, seminars and has authored several courses and books.  His topics include how to make money and keep it. He has previously held the position of president for the Georgia Real Estate Investor Association.  He also founded the National Real Estate Investors Association, which serves as the umbrella association for local investor groups nationally.
