Kevin Myers is the author of Buy It, Fix It, Sell it, Profit and also president of “StreetSmart Real Estate, Inc.”  His company is a diversified group of companies specializing in real estate appraisal, rehab projects, private mortgage lending, and real estate education.  Mr. Myers has rehabbed numerous investment properties over the past 20 years and specializes in single-family homes and small income units.  He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. Kevin Myers holds an MBA and is a former military officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.  He teaches real estate entrepreneurship and appraisal courses at a community college in Albuquerque, NM where he resides with his wife and two daughters.
