Jeff Kaller was born in 1966 in Brazil where his parents were then
serving as missionaries. He then was relocated to Florence,
Alabama and after high school the attended the Appalachian
State College in Boone, NC. He graduated in 1990 with a
degree in Resort and Hotel Business Management and moved to
St. Johns U.S. Virgin Island where he worked as a chef.
Once returning to NC he worked several jobs to support him
and decided to become a real estate investor. Jeff married
his college sweetheart and together they purchased their
first home (a bank repo) for $29,000.00. While still
working in restaurants Jeff bought over 200 houses. He had
strong equity, but negative cash flow. He realized he
bought houses the “wrong way” and almost two years later he
lost one of his houses to foreclosure, barely hanging on to
the rest of them.
Jeff then went
on a search for a systematic approach to real estate
investing that would turn his profits around. He came upon
several pre-foreclosure deals and four years later he
created a powerful strategy for real estate investment in
pre-foreclosure deals. He is one of the nation’s
authorities on pre-foreclosure investing. Today he buys
and sells homes nationwide, with Student Partnerships and
Joint Ventures. He offers an automated and systemized
business application that is said to be foolproof for
investing in pre-foreclosures.
Jeff teaches eight intensive pre-foreclosure seminars per
year. Within this program he develops individual business
plans for student based on their market goals, and the
amount of time they want to spend on their business. He has
a hand-picked team that works with him to produce other
successful investors. Two of his programs is “How to Leave
your Job in 90 days” a home study course and “Business
Mastery University – Bootcamp” teaching how to make an extra
$10,000 a month, part time with no tenant hassles.
