Jack Miller is an active
investor specializing in single-family homes including
buying, selling and/or holding for investment. He has
experience in buying, selling and holding apartments, mobile
home parks, office buildings, development land and hundreds
of time-shares. He has also dabbled in mortgage paper,
businesses, and commercial properties. He has land leases
that spread over 21 states. Most significantly is the fact
that Jack miller bought all without a single institutional
loan except for one. He also didn’t have any personal loan
guarantees or personal financial liability.
Jack Miller’s first seminar
was in 1975 and he offers course textbooks on Options,
Management and Trusts. Since 1978 he has written and
published his monthly investment newsletter “The
CommonWealth Letters” and continues to present monthly
seminars around the country. He has multiple awards to his
name and has been nationally recognized as a member of the
Exchanger’s Hall of Fame. He has been a past recipient of
