Gary DiGrazia has been a real estate agent buying and selling probate real
estate for 20 years. In 1992 he released his probate system
to the general public through seminars and the Internet.
His program explains how to make bargains through probate.
Among the concepts you will learn in this program is how to
avoid going to court for sale confirmation, close within
thirty days, avoid real estate attorney’s interference with
the wholesale purchase, eliminate the 10% deposits with
offers, and list and sell real estate properties at 5-6%
fees.
Here are some facts about
Gary DiGrazia’s Diamond Farming program. It is available
and works in every state in the US, Canada and the UK. It
is based on California Probate Law however once you learn
the system you can adjust it to your own area’s Probate
procedures. It takes effort but DiGrazia says the “profits
are worth it”. You do not need to work with a real estate
agent using Diamond Farming. You will in fact learn the
five ways to earn profit on every probate where and Executor
is interested in your offer. Compared to the Jim Banks
Probate System; Diamond Farming is easier to learn, is based
on field experience and DiGrazia says he has earned about
80% of his yearly income using it not by selling his books
and tapes. You don’t have to have real estate experience to
learn and use the Diamond Farming System. What you do need
is your own money but then its all your own profit too. In
the beginning years using quick qualifier loans you may be
required to put up to 25% into the deal. As things shape up
you can close deals with much less out-of-pocket for down
payment.
DiGrazia is conducts seminars for about
$500.00. Discounts are given if you are already a Diamond
Farming student. He does not offer a money back option
because he is convinced you won’t need it if you use the
system as outlined. He does say that the Diamond Farming
System is geared for three types of people; (1) an
agent/investor who wants to flip probates or broker out
those probates, (2) Investors who want to purchase probates
at discount and flip them for a large profit within 90 days
or hold onto them as rental properties and (3) agents who
want to list and sell probates to increase their yearly
quotas.
