Dyches Boddiford has been a real estate investor since 1980. In 1986 he formed The Oaks Group, Inc. which, is his real estate corporation and has since devoted his time to speak about his successes and teach others how they can own apartments, single-family homes, mobile homes, land development, buying discount mortgages, and making mortgage loans. He's bought and sold properties using Land Trusts. He's also a Past President of Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.
