Ellis claims he is on the verge of groundbreaking ideas that provide a new design for web service that targets real estate investors.  He further states, “ Nothing even remotely similar to this idea exists today.”  Ellis also speaks about lease-option real estate investments.  A lease-option is a strategy in which two fundamental rights are conveyed from the owner (or manager) of a property to a third party.  First, there is the right to use or occupy the property and second, the right to buy the property.  When one party agrees to certain conditions under which another party can use and potentially purchase a property you then have what is called the lease option.
