John Beck is one of the many entrepreneurs in the real estate business who became a millionaire through lucrative deals. He wrote Buy Real Estate Free and Clear For Pennies on the Dollar which describes how he created a booming business by purchasing repossessed real estate on which back taxes were owed. He purchased it for pennies on the dollar and then resold it at market prices. Other books John Beck has written include: Tax Deed Edition Book, Tax Lien Edition Book, John Beck’s Amazing Profits Book, and the Free & Clear Real Estate Directory.

John Beck has also written “Free & Clear Properties by Mail Book”, “Quick Start Video and Free & Clear CD to Hottest Links,” and “Making Money with Free & Clear Properties on the Internet.” Some packages include a consultant program, with a consultant to assist you and answer questions. His packages are not cheap. Apparently, some packages are marketed as “free,” but actually are not. The information is not easy to understand and to get John’s help, you will pay $3,000 to $10,000 dollars. This type of marketing does not build customer trust.

Other customers feel that John Beck’s method takes advantage of the poor who are losing their homes to big government. These customers feel that John’s method, therefore, is inherently immoral.

Of many reviews of John Beck that I have read, 90% are negative. Here is one.

This is an expensive and controversial method to learn, if you choose John Beck’s.
