Changes International is a company that markets herbal nutritional supplements through direct selling.  It offers products for weight management, improvement of nutrition, cardio-health, and general health improvement.  It is a former subsidiary of Goldshield Group; it was part of Goldshield Elite.  All of the products marketed by Changes International claim to support good health; but there's no proven data through medical testing.  The parent company has a huge market in 60 countries around the world.  The scale of operations has been increasing constantly and Changes International now earns many millions each year.  Changes International has merged into the Goldshield Group just recently.

Changes International sells trace minerals, shark cartilage, air filters, antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals.  While the company has a large market, the trace minerals and shark cartilage do not sell in large amounts.  The air filter, advertised as an “ozone replacer” is considered to be just awful.  Its biggest sellers are a weight management program and an antioxidant.

Changes International has a distributorship program of 100,000 agents that pays ten percent commission at the first level and 45% commission at the second level.  The compensation plan is called “Earn Now and Later.”  However, these figures may not represent accurate earnings for agents.

In looking for information on this subsidiary company, I found nearly nothing on the Internet.  Perhaps because it is now part of the parent company, its methods of operation will change.  In the meantime, I don’t recommend it as a business opportunity.
